As a social worker, I deeply value every client's right to privacy. All personal information that you choose to share with me will be kept completely confidential. This includes, of course, your e-mail address which will never be shared with, or sold to, any other individual or organization.

PAYMENT POLICIES

Preparing for an Astrological Consultation involves extensive advance preparation. For this reason, it is absolutely necessary to require that at least partial payment be made in advance as an act of "good faith" to ensure that clients follow through on scheduled appointments. Therefore, the following payment options are offered:

Mastercard, Visa and Money Orders are all acceptable forms of payment.

If you prefer to pay by credit card, a 50% deposit is required upon scheduling your appointment, with the remaining 50% due immediately prior to the beginning of your session.

If you prefer to pay by money order, then full payment is due in advance. Once received, an appointment will be scheduled with you.

If instead, you prefer to pay by money order, then full payment is due in advance. Once received, an appointment will be scheduled with you promptly.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If, for whatever reason(s), you need to reschedule your appointment, please call to notify me at least 24 hours in advance.

If, for whatever reason(s), you decide to cancel your appointment, please be aware that 50% of your fee will be non-refundable. This will cover the cost for my advance preparation time.

It is very important to understand, that as an adult, it is your personal responsibility to make final decisions about your life based upon your own thoughtful review of the information provided to you, whether by myself or other individuals. Clients under the age of 18 must have parental consent in order to schedule an astrological consultation, and I will, to the best of my ability, ensure that this is the case. However, in the event that individuals are not truthful in this regard, I cannot be held responsible.

Due to the extensive additional work and time that would be required, if an inaccurate birth time is mistakenly given for an Astrological Consultation, I cannot offer a second consultation free-of-charge in its place.
