BASIC ASTROLOGY CLASS SERIES - PART 1

This first 9-week, 2-hour class series introduces you to the first 3 fundamental building blocks of modern Western Astrology. First, you will learn the specific symbolism associated with each of the Zodiac Signs. Then, you will be taught the astrological meanings of each of the Planets in our Solar System. Lastly, you will become familiar with the particular significance of each of the Houses or Departments of Life. Beginning with your very first class, you will be able to apply each new learning directly to your own individual birth chart, step-by-step. This series requires students to purchase the accompanying text entitled "The Making of Sages: A Primer for Learning Basic Astrology, Vol. I" by Astrologer P. M. Dussman.

BASIC ASTROLOGY CLASS SERIES - PART 2

This second 9-week, 2-hour class series builds upon the 3 primary fundamentals covered in the first series - the Zodiac Signs, the Planets and the Houses. Here, you will learn the meanings of each of the above symbols more deeply by understanding them through their specific Element, Mode and Duality. You will also become familiar with the Essential Dignities of the Planets. In addition to the Planetary Bodies, there will be a brief introduction to 4 of the primary Asteroids and the Centaur known as Chiron. Finally, the class will briefly touch on the branch of Astrology that relates to the Anatomy of the human body. Once again, you will be able to apply your newly-gained knowledge to your own individual birth chart. This series requires students to purchase the accompanying text entitled "The Making of Sages: A Primer for Learning Basic Astrology, Vol. II" by Astrologer P. M. Dussman.

BASIC ASTROLOGY CLASS SERIES - PART 3

This third 9-week, 2-hour class series continues to add to your knowledge base by teaching the 4th primary building block of Astrology - the Aspects. These important geometric relationships between various parts of the birth chart will be explored in order to further synthesize the symbolic meanings of the Planets, Zodiac Signs and Houses as a result of their interconnectedness through the Aspects. In addition, you will learn how to read the "Astrologer's Bible" - the Ephemeris. Finally, there will be an introduction to the Transits, the planetary bodies' movement through space. As with the first 2 classes, you will apply your new learning to your own birth chart. This series requires students to purchase the accompanying text entitled "The Making of Sages: A Primer for Learning Basic Astrology, Vol. III" by Astrologer P. M. Dussman.
